An 3M Xpansive Church is a church where the pastor, who has been equipped and supported, becomes a catalyst pastor who identifies three to five leaders. These leaders (mobilized leaders) will now be equipped and supported by their pastor until they also become catalysts for new leaders.
Our Working Model is based on the following: when our outer world is in harmony and well developed we have an Impact on our surroundings and if our inner world functions properly we experience personal growth, but when both worlds the inner and the outer work in sync what we achieve is a transformation in ourselves and our communities..
We believe in the power of training and development. Our training process is designed to equip pastors and leaders with the tools and knowledge necessary for effective ministry.
This initial phase focuses on cultivating the inner life and strengthening the whole person to form leaders capable of positively influencing others from a place of inner balance. The ultimate goal of this phase is to establish a Mentoring Group.
Objective: To raise awareness of the need to develop the inner life as a factor of transformation and transcendence, promoting consciousness and holistic strengthening of the individual in spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and physical dimensions.
Objective: To guide participants in evaluating their current condition and adopting sustainable habits and practices that enhance their personal and ministerial leadership. This process helps them identify areas for growth, initiate intentional change, and positively transform their lives and surroundings.
Objective: To catalyze a mentoring culture through the training and support of healthy leaders who impact and transform their communities.
This phase focuses on expansion and equipping leaders with Missional Skills to mobilize their communities toward fulfilling the Great Commission. The goal of this phase is the Xpansive Church (New Disciples – Churches – Pastors).
Objective: To understand the local and relational context in order to raise awareness of realities and needs, enabling intentional and strategic connection. Content includes context analysis, circles of influence, and connection tools.
Objective: To equip leaders with skills for relational and effective evangelism and discipleship. Content includes the original design of the Mission and tools for group discipleship.
Objective: To equip leaders with skills for relational and effective evangelism and discipleship.
Objective: To establish mentoring principles in leadership to foster a culture of transformation through the execution of projects with measurable goals that generate impact in the community.
