An 3M Xpansive Church is a church where the pastor, who has been equipped and supported, becomes a catalyst pastor who identifies three to five leaders. These leaders (mobilized leaders) will now be equipped and supported by their pastor until they also become catalysts for new leaders.
Our Working Model is based on the following: when our outer world is in harmony and well developed we have an Impact on our surroundings and if our inner world functions properly we experience personal growth, but when both worlds the inner and the outer work in sync what we achieve is a transformation in ourselves and our communities..

iLead is John Maxwell’s values-based leadership development designed specifically for students. It combines John’s proven content with a peer-to-peer process that allows students to practice leadership as they are learning it.
The methodology was developed to encourage the next generation to develop their socio-emotional and, of course, leadership values and skills.
Currently the work material is divided into 3 books, with 16 lessons each, applied according to the student's maturity. In this program, the child or adolescent is the protagonist of all meetings where leadership is exercised through rotation in leading the lessons by all participants.
